PAGASA warns of isolated thunderstorms, possible flash floods or landslides in parts of PH

PAGASA said at 4:00 p.m. on July 4, 2026 that easterlies and localized thunderstorms may bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms across parts of the Philippines, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Affected areas

PAGASA said easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas. The agency forecast partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Aurora, Quezon, and Dinagat Islands.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country may also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. PAGASA listed possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms for both forecast areas.
